The 2025 Met Gala did not disappoint, delivering a night of show-stopping fashion and groundbreaking beauty. Celebrities and cultural icons arrived in their finest interpretations of this year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” Unsurprisingly, Zendaya, styled by the talented Law Roach, set the bar sky-high once again. She turned heads in an all-white Louis Vuitton suit set, complete with a dramatic wide-brimmed hat. But one can argue her makeup stole the show. Her longtime makeup artist, Ernesto Casillas, took to social media shortly after the red carpet to share the exact lineup of products used to create her radiant, bronzed eye and flawless, soft-focus complexion. Zendaya wore a face full of Charlotte Tilbury for this year’s Met Gala, starting with the Magic Serum and the Magic Cream as her base to provide that much needed hydration for such a dewy look. After letting these products soak in, a mix of the Airbrush Flawless Foundation and the Hollywood Flawless Filter was used to provide even coverage all over, while still allowing her skin to shine through. The matching concealer was used to brighten the under eyes. From there, Casillas added that coveted bronze contour with the Beautiful Skin Sun-Kissed Glow, focusing on the temples and cheeks. A combination of the Beauty Highlighter Wand in Spotlight and Pinkgasm Sunset was used for blush and highlighter, respectively. To ensure her base lasts all night, both the Airbrush Setting Spray and Finishing Powder were used to lock everything into place.
Moving on to the eyes, Ernesto wielded the Beautifying Eye Trends Eyeshadow palette, focusing on the matte colors to create a dimensional smokey eye. He applied the medium brown all over the lid, followed by the brick color in the crease. To create the sultry touch, he opted for the deepest brown, blending this near the lashes and the lower lashline. Then, wrapped up the eyes with a touch of mascara, before completing the look with the Lip Cheat Contour Duo in Tan, as well as the Big Lip Plumpgasm gloss.
Needless to say, Zendaya’s Met Gala glam is worth recreating in a heartbeat.
